This has been a journey! I am so excited to publish my first website and to be able to share my artistry with the world. When I tell people the story behind the start of my business I am often met with a long "Wooooowwww"....LOL! My business, like many others, started with a prayer. I decided that I wasn't going to make a "New Year Resolution" on December 31, 2012, rather, I was going to pray. I don't even know exactly what I prayed for or if I said any words but that very night Accessmatized was born. I got a call to "beat" two or three faces that night and I've been "Accessmatizing" ever since. I am a self-taught make-up artist and have been blessed to have dynamic women and men in my life who believe in me (sometimes more than I do). They let me practice on their faces and perfect my signature looks. Like many of you, I watched Youtube everyday; stalking some of my favorite make-up artists for inspiration, techniques, and products. And, all that study and practice; all those long hours away from my babies has afforded me the opportunity to have my work published in Essence Magazine, seen on television, rip the runway, and most importantly have a GLAMBULOUS group of Fabglamazons like you who follow me, support me, and recommend me to others...and for that I will ALWAYS be greatful!
